Classic Rock, Classic Look

Bob Seger

Everyone has a personal style, yours includes music.

In 1973, Bob Seger put together the Silver Bullet Band, with a group of Detroit-area musicians. In 1976, he achieved a national breakout with the studio album Night Moves.

Motown was the first major label to offer him a contract. His work ethic is legendary and dates back to 1975 when he played 260 shows during that year. His songs, he thinks, reflect a certain morality:
“What happens when you do it wrong and when you do it right.” He’s a perfectionist who spends months in the studio fixing problems no one else can hear and he’s a Taurus, which means “You can’t move him with a crane.”
